Adopt a wind turbine in Europe

Despite the air traffic disruptions European Wind Energy Conference EWEC 2010 still took place in Warsaw between 20 and 23 of April. One of the activities carried out at the conference was the launch of European Wind Energy Association’s (EWEA) new campaign - ”Fresh Breath of Air”. You can support the campaign by adopting virtually a wind turbine in one of the wind parks in Europe.
Estonian Wind Power Association adopted its turbine from Estonia’s first wind park Pakri. Adopted turbine prevents 3025.88 tons of CO2 per year. Vote for EWPA’s wind turbine and adopt your own and you can win a trip to wind park in Europe.
